Firstly, each and every one of Adam’s 5-star reviews are well deserved! I initially contacted Adam via his business WhatsApp account, and within minutes he had replied offering me a slot the following morning! Unfortunately, I couldn’t accommodate that time and Adam made a point of fitting in around my schedule and visited later in the evening to assess what I wanted doing.
A week later I was booked in! A few days prior to Adam arriving, I had a slight hitch as other work was going to be carried out on the same day that he was due to arrive. On bringing this to his attention he was more than accommodating and arranged to come much earlier in the day, to ensure that he had completed the electrics prior to my other work being carried out. I can’t thank him enough for this, as he made what could have been an awkward situation stress free.
On the day, he arrived on the dot and set about changing two lights and fitting some double sockets. He just went about his work, and he’s a very lovely man to talk to and really puts you at ease. Within the timescale that he promised he had completed all the work, and talked me through what he had done
He runs a very professional business, from the ease of navigating his website to making payment everything went smoothly. For extra bonus points he brings along a battery back up to ensure customers have wifi access, very handy if you happen to be WFH at the time.
I can’t thank Adam enough for his professionalism, and he comes highly recommended for me. No more scrambling around trying to find an electrician when I need one, I just need to find an ‘Adam’ in all the other trades now. THANK YOU!
